At Dolen, we’ve been around long enough to realise that not all businesses are the same and their needs differ.

For some businesses, HR support is not required all the time, especially when there is an element of seasonality involved. 

If you’re a start-up business, we know that budgets are tight and during the early days can’t stretch to a full-on, outsourced HR service, although you fully understand the need to get your business off the ground with sound HR policies and standards in place.

We also appreciate that in the current economic climate, you need to balance your budgets.

As this Welsh name suggests, this service offers a flexible HR service for your business

How does Hyblyg HR work?

You pay us for a set block of HR support hours - this could be 60/100/200 hours each year- and then use them when needed, whether it be to put some water tight employment contracts in place, or deal with a tricky disciplinary situation. Once that’s done, you save the remaining hours for the next time you need us and, if necessary, top them up with an additional block!

This way, you’ll know exactly where you are financially , safe in the knowledge that you have a solid base of HR support whenever you need it.

PAY AS YOU HR

HR is an integral part of a healthy business, no matter its size. Looking for a flexible solution? Our Pay as You HR option allows us to step in and support, covering all bases, so you don't have to! Releasing time for you to focus on all the other important balls you need to keep up in the air!  Included:

  • Document / Template Drafting

  • Policy implementation

  • Job Descriptions and role definitions 

  • Grievance and Disciplinary support

  • Setup of HR Procedures & Role Out Training

  • HR Strategy, to include restructures and TUPE

Pay monthly for the time used.
